1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of Picklezone’s venue, website, booking system, digital platforms, coaching services, competitions, events, memberships, and any activity conducted at or through Picklezone. By booking, visiting, participating, or engaging with any Picklezone service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Conditions of Entry
– You must comply with all venue rules, signage, and staff directions.
– You must behave respectfully toward staff and other customers.
– Dangerous or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal or a ban.
– You are responsible for supervising any minors in your care.
3. Booking Policy

3.1 Purchases
By purchasing a booking, membership, coaching session, league entry, or event participation at Picklezone, you accept these Terms & Conditions.
3.2 Fees & Charges
– All transactions are in Australian Dollars.
– Prices may change without notice.
– Payment must be finalised before attending.
– Card payments may incur surcharges.
– Picklezone may correct pricing errors and cancel impacted bookings.
3.3 General Bookings
– All bookings must be made via the Picklezone website or platform.
– Payment is required at the time of booking.
– Bookings are confirmed once payment clears.
3.4 Court Hire
– Charged per court, per session.
– Vacate courts promptly.
– Damage or misuse may result in repair charges.
3.5 Coaching & Programs
– Coach availability varies based on court and schedule.
– Picklezone may reassign coaches.
– Coaches operate as independent contractors. Picklezone will assist with concerns but is not liable for their conduct except where required by law.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

4.1 Court Hire
Cancellations up to 6 hours before your booking may be rescheduled or credited. Cancellations within 6 hours are non-refundable.
4.2 Coaching Sessions
Customer cancellations under 24 hours are non-refundable. If a coach or Picklezone cancels, a credit or reschedule is provided.
4.3 Events, Leagues & Programs
Fees are non-refundable once programs commence. Missed sessions do not receive credit/refund. External platforms may have different refund rules.
4.4 Incorrect Pricing or Availability
Picklezone may cancel bookings created under incorrect pricing or availability errors and issue a refund or credit.
5. Membership Terms
– Membership benefits may change with notice.
– Fees are deducted via your stored payment method.
– Failed payments may result in suspension.
– Cancellation does not provide refunds unless required by law.
6. Waiver & Assumption of Risk

6.1 Assumption of Risk
Pickleball involves physical exertion and inherent risks. You participate voluntarily.

You release Picklezone, staff, contractors, coaches, and participants from liability except where required by law.
6.3 Fitness to Participate
You confirm you are medically fit and not under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
6.4 Emergency Medical Treatment
You consent to medical assistance and accept responsibility for associated costs.
6.5 Actions of Others
Risks caused by other participants’ behaviour are accepted, even if not condoned by Picklezone.
7. Filming, Photography & Media Usage

Used exclusively for safety and security.
7.5 Email Consent
Providing your email allows Picklezone to send updates and promotions. You may unsubscribe anytime.
8. Safety & Conduct
– Use equipment responsibly; repair costs may apply.
– Only non-marking shoes allowed on courts.
– No food or drinks (other than water) on or near courts.
– Report hazards or damaged equipment immediately.
9. Liability
Picklezone is not responsible for injury, damage, loss, or theft. Participation is at your own risk. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service involved, except where Australian Consumer Law applies.
10. Behaviour, Conduct & Right to Refuse Entry
Picklezone may refuse service to anyone at its discretion. No refunds apply for misconduct.

11. Additional Operational Conditions
11.1 Lost Property – Not responsible for lost or stolen items; items may be disposed of.
11.2 Equipment Use – Repair or replacement charges may apply.
11.3 Alcohol & Drug Policy – Alcohol sold by Picklezone must be consumed in designated areas; no outside alcohol; no illicit substances.
11.4 Food & Beverage – No outside food/drinks; no glass on or near courts.
11.5 Parking – Picklezone is not responsible for vehicle incidents or fines.
11.6 Facility Closures – Courts or the entire venue may close without notice.
11.7 Force Majeure – Not liable for events outside our control.
12. Website & Digital Terms
– You must not misuse our website or booking system.
– You must not attempt to bypass security features.
– Content on our website is owned by Picklezone.
13. Privacy
By agreeing to these Terms, you also accept our Privacy Policy.
